Establish a modern CT Imaging Centre equipped with the latest CT scanners and imaging technologies.

Enhance diagnostic accuracy by providing high-quality imaging services that support early detection of diseases and conditions.

Improve healthcare accessibility by offering local and timely CT scan services, reducing the need for patients to travel long distances for diagnostic tests.

Train healthcare professionals in the use of advanced imaging technologies, improving local expertise and promoting capacity building in diagnostic imaging

Develop cost-effective, efficient processes within the imaging center to provide affordable services to a wide range of patients, including those in underserved areas.

Establish a system for sustainable operation to ensure the long-term functionality of the CT Imaging Centre, including maintenance of equipment and the continued development of skilled personnel.

Proposed Timeline

Phase 1: Feasibility Study & Planning – 6 months

- Conduct a detailed needs assessment and feasibility study to identify the optimal location and infrastructure requirements for the CT Imaging Centre.
- Develop a comprehensive business plan, including funding strategies, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory approvals.
- Select and procure the necessary equipment and technologies for the imaging center.

Phase 2: Infrastructure Development – 12 to 18 months

- Construct the imaging center, ensuring the building meets international healthcare standards.
- Install and calibrate CT scanners and other required medical equipment.
- Develop the IT infrastructure for patient management, digital record-keeping, and data integration with existing healthcare systems.

Phase 3: Program Implementation – 6 months

- Recruit and train skilled personnel, including radiologists, CT technologists, and support staff.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for patient care, imaging processes, and equipment maintenance.
- Begin operations by offering imaging services to the public, focusing on critical conditions and routine diagnostic needs.
